Steve Michael, President and Operations Manager:
With nearly 50 years of experience, Steve oversees daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of our services meet your highest standards. Steve started at C&C in 1981 as a routes salesman.
Dirk Smiley, Dirk Smiley, Equipment and Aftermarket sales, Barn Design, Herd Health & Milk Quality:
With almost 50 years of experience in the industry as well, Dirk supports Steve in leading the company with a vision for innovation and customer care. Dirk actually milked cows on the family dairy farm for 20 years before coming to C & C as a Route Salesman in 1996.
